How to apply

We are now inviting applications for September 2026 and beyond and aim to make the process of applying to Ashville as smooth as possible. We recommend a visit to the School first to get a feel for the environment, meet our teachers and pupils and see our facilities. If you decide Ashville is the right place for your child, the next step is to formally apply by completing our online application form below. An application fee is payable at this stage: £120 for day pupils.

Most of our new pupils join us at the start of the academic year in September. To ensure availability of places, we encourage applications to be submitted by the end of November to the September of entry. We appreciate this isn’t possible for all families, so we will of course accept applications after this date. We also accept applications at any time for joining us midway through the academic year.
