We offer a range of payment options, including annually, termly and monthly by Direct Debit. All fees must be paid in advance. The College offers a discount of 5% per child as long as a family has at least 3 children enrolled at the school. Additionally, we offer a Fees in Advance Scheme, which provides a moderate discount for fees paid more than two years in advance.

Early Years Funding

15 hours of Early Years childcare is available for eligible 2, 3 and 4-year-olds. Please note that there are a limited number of places for 2-year-olds. If you wish to use this funding, you will be asked to make a ‘voluntary contribution’ which bridges the gap between the School’s actual hourly cost and the hourly funding received from North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC). Early Years fees are not subject to VAT.

Admissions Fees

The College charges a non-refundable application fee on application, and an acceptance deposit upon accepting a place. An acceptance may be cancelled within 14 days by providing written notice to the Head.

Other Fees

Music and Drama lessons are provided in blocks of ten per term. If you wish to enrol your child for one of these lessons, please complete the form here and return to music@ashville.co.uk.

Notice

As per Ashville’s Terms and Conditions a full term’s notice is required if you wish to make alternative arrangements for your child’s education. Notice should be given in writing to the Head by the following dates:

Leave date Autumn term – Notice by 1st April
Leave date Spring term – Notice by 1st September
Leave date Summer term – Notice by 1st January

Fees are reviewed annually in April and parents will be given at least one term's notice of any change.
