The Admissions Process
1 - VISIT ASHVILLE
We offer many opportunities for you and your family to visit Ashville including our showcase Open Days, events tailored to a particular section of the college and individual tours.

2 - APPLY TO ASHVILLE
The next step is to formally apply by completing our online application form and paying an application fee.
3 - A TASTE OF LIFE AT ASHVILLE
We encourage all prospective pupils from Year 1 and above to experience a day at Ashville.
We hold special Taster Days for our prospective pupils for Year 7 (11+) in November and Six @ Ashville (Sixth Form) in January. If your child is applying for a place in another year group we will offer a Taster Day on a date to suit you.
4 - ASSESSMENT
We offer age-appropriate assessments. For our youngest applicants in Acorns and Reception we meet with pupils. For Year 1 - 6 in Prep School we informally assess prospective pupils during their taster day. We assess Senior applicants through our entrance examinations. School reports and references also provide further information.
5 - OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE
To accept an offer we ask you to return the acceptance form and pay a deposit of £350 which will be returned when your child moves on to the next stage of their education.
