CARING FOR YOUR CHILD

Your Future Starts Here.

Ashville Acorns Early Years Outdoor Learning

We believe that happy children flourish. We therefore prioritise every child’s wellbeing and sense of belonging. Our Early Years practitioners, and our wider team including registered nurses and specialist catering staff, will know your child well and their likes and dislikes. College staff, specialists in pastoral care and safeguarding are available for support.Enquire Now

NURTURING ENVIRONMENT

Staff and pupils do everything possible to ensure that your child settles quickly and happily and, knowing your child as an individual, offer personalised care.

A PARTNERSHIP WITH HOME

A strong partnership between home and Acorns is central to a child's success. We communicate weekly with parents in our Parent Bulletins and share your child's personalised learning journey through Tapestry.

This online learning journal is where we complete observations on your child as they play and learn and provides you with a regular insight into your child's time at Ashville. We also encourage parents to contribute to the journal as successful education is a three-way approach.

health and wellbeing centre

The Health and Wellbeing Centre at Ashville is staffed by a team of three Registered Nurses and a Healthcare Assistant working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm. There is also a nurse based in Prep School so if your child is unwell or has had an accident whilst at school, they will be assessed and treated there.
