Ashville College seeks to appoint a dynamic and ambitious individual to lead and inspire a large team of dedicated Mathematics teachers. This is a high profile appointment at an exciting time in the College’s academic strategic development. A willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school is also a pre-requisite for this role.

Ashville salaries are above the national scale.

Ashville College is an HMC, Co-educational boarding and day school of 775 pupils.

Assistant Chef, Catering Department
£7.01 per hour

A vacancy has arisen at Ashville College for an Assistant Chef to work in our main kitchen. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week all year round. The hours of work are 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 7am to 3pm Saturday.

The role involves completing packed meal orders, home baking & decorating cakes, cookies & biscuits, preparing food for school buffet functions and working alongside the chefs to fulfil the whole college catering requirements.
The successful candidate will be efficient, hygienic, flexible, able to work both alone and within a team.

A Basic Food Hygiene certificate would be an advantage but full training will be provided. Uniform and meals when on duty will also be provided.
