Pre-Prep School Staff

The quality of both teaching and non-teaching staff in the Pre-Prep School is excellent and the quality of the relationships that exist between the staff and the pupils are fundamental to the happiness of the children.

Staffing ratios are extremely good and the fact that classes are small is a significant factor in the good relationship between teachers and pupils, the good knowledge teachers have of individual children and the rapid progress made by pupils. We also benefit from the skills and expertise of the College Learning Support team.
