Introduction

Years 3 – 6 are a time of great change for your children. You will see them develop very quickly, both academically and socially. You will watch them grow in confidence and independence as they become more aware of the world around them.

Our Junior School is an integral part of Ashville College but it has its own premises and a very distinctive identity. If you visit the School, you will find that it fizzes with energy. Every wall is decorated with children’s work, making the hall, classrooms and corridors a blaze of colour. We have small classes, motivated pupils and committed teachers. There is lots of laughter and fun in the school – and most importantly there is an incredibly strong community spirit that unites us all.

The following pages will give you a flavour of what we have to offer your son or daughter, but nothing can replace a visit to the school itself.
