Years 3 – 6 are a time of great change for your children.  You will see them develop very quickly, both academically and socially.

Ashville Junior School fosters a special community, instilling values and standards which are often overlooked in the twenty-first century.  With awareness of each other and society in general, children grow up with confidence within a Christian framework; this is all part of being a Methodist school.

Our Junior School is an integral part of Ashville College but it has its own premises and a very distinctive identity.  We strive to create an ethos where academic success is gained by valuing learning in an understanding and well-structured environment.  The school caters for the needs of a range of abilities in a balanced curriculum, making each pupil feel valued, included and secure.

We have small classes, motivated pupils and committed teachers.  There is lots of laughter and fun in the school – and most importantly, there is an incredibly strong community spirit that unites us all.

The information which follows will give you a flavour of what we have to offer, but nothing can replace a visit to the school itself.
