1. Tuition fees cover the normal curriculum together with most books and stationery. This means that parents are not presented with supplementary bills for items such as textbooks, stationery, school calendars, magazines, games travel and entertainments, as these things are regarded as a normal part of school life. Other items incurred by the School or the pupil may be charged as extras.

2. School fees may be reviewed each term, but where possible an annual fee is fixed from September each year. School fees and charges are normally fixed on an annual basis and, for the convenience of parents, payable in three termly accounts.

3. A deposit of £50 for day pupils and a terms fees for non-EU based boarders will be required on acceptance of a place.

4. The School will meet the cost of the first sitting only for GCSE, ‘AS’ and ‘A’ level examinations. The cost of any re-sit will be charged as an extra.

5. Special concessions are made for the children of Methodist Ministers and bursaries are given to Service families.

6. When both parents reside outside the UK, parental responsibility must be delegated to a suitable adult who has agreed to take full responsibility for the pupil when not at school and who can, if necessary, come to the School at short notice. In the absence of such an adult, the School reserves the right to appoint a professional Guardian and all costs that are incurred will be charged as an extra.
